HVAC Maintenance Agreement

Maintenance of your Home Comfort System is critical to the long life and efficient operation of your system. This point is indisputable, so the real question becomes; is a preventative maintenance contract worth the money?

The answer is simple: If the only thing included in our Peak Performance Service Agreement was the cleaning of your air conditioner and your furnace, that service alone would justify the price of our annual agreement. The good news is, the agreement includes much more value, and is designed thru the inspection points below to maximize your system’s performance by cleaning, adjusting and verifying the peak operation of your system, and whenever possible to catch any potential future failures in your system before it happens.

Benjamin Franklin said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. We figure Ben would have enjoyed working at Vogel Heating and Cooling, because he could have watched his age old adage prove itself through the longer life and fewer repairs our regular maintenance customers enjoy. Since the inception of our Peak Performance Service Agreement, we have seen the emergency repairs necessary to our customers systems decrease significantly. The business idea was to smooth over the bumps in our service business, rather than have to work 24/7 to keep up when the weather went from mild to extreme each year. What used to be 10 and 12 hour days for our entire service staff during the early summer and winter months due to breakdowns has totally morphed into normal work days. The reason is clear. Our customers are enjoying fewer breakdowns, and longer equipment life due to proper maintenance!

As a further incentive, at this time SMACNA (Sheet Metal Contractors Association) and Local 36 Sheet Metal Workers have teamed up to offer a $25.00 discount to all customers utilizing a Union Contractor to provide maintenance in their home.  This is an  unbeatable value!
