They Were Honest and Set My Expectations
Vogel sent a confirmation reminder text the day before they came out to clean our vents. My appt was at 8 a.m. and Jackson and Charlie showed up at 8 a.m. sharp. They put shoe covers on before entering my home and got right to work. They went through the process with me, showed me a few things I didn't know about my venting/ductwork (one went nowhere), and showed me what came out with their cleaning system (yuck, can't believe that was being blown around my home). They were honest and set my expectations for the next few days. They let me know that usually after having your vents cleaned it's a good idea to wait a few days and then change your HVAC filter out. They were respectful to my home and worked efficiently. Thanks guys!
