Vogel has been my go-to HVAC company for over 25 years. I’ve always had great service, and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They also respond quickly. Being proactive, I contacted Vogel to replace my 18-year-old furnace/AC system. Accommodating my schedule, Brian S. and Sean met with me for two hours surveying my condo to select the appropriate size system for my space. I chose the Daikin system. A few days later, Dave and Anthony arrived on time and worked at a steady pace, very organized and neat, answering all my questions during the process. It’s great to have an updated system, and the Daikin has cutting-edge technology. I’m older, and I don’t like technology any more than the next person, but it’s not intimidating. It has a lot of great features and is very quiet, which is important to me since I don’t have a basement and I’m on the third floor. In addition, I was given a verification visit. Brian H. inspected all aspects of my system, going into detail about the inner workings of the unit and thermostat. He answered every question and explained everything explicitly. I’m confident that the scheduled maintenance will prolong the life of my system. The staff at Vogel is very approachable, thorough, the technicians are professional, and they have great follow-up.
