Just had the vent and duct cleaning done with sanitizing spray. It was easy to schedule the service over the phone and quick to get on their schedule. We were getting routine service done, and Steven Pizzola did a great job on our work. He caught a number of problems and did a quick diagnosis of our AC system as well. We were on Vogel's service plan, so there was no charge for this visit. I would just like to say that there was honest, hard work here, and I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Extras included taking off the vent covers of our outdoor unit, which allowed for more extensive cleaning than had been done before. Great work. Very happy.

Our heating went out with sub-zero weather. Steve from Vogel came and discovered a faulty wire leading to the thermostat. He was able to fix it and saved us the cost of a new thermostat. I cannot thank him and Vogel enough for all their great service over the years!

Polite, Pleasant, and Professional Technician
The technician had pleasant and polite manners. He used shoe covers, explained everything, answered questions patiently, and he was not rushing through his work. He explained the reason for percentage for humidity, while showing every step of setting the humidity level on the thermostat. He offered to check the insulation in the attic. He explained why the insulation in the attic is important.
Overall, the technician was polite, pleasant, and professional. I should add that the ladies who called to schedule the appointment were helpful and gave me the same day appointment, once I said the sooner the better, and I gave them my availability, and they set up appointment for the same day. Thank you for professional manners of the scheduling department and the technician.
