Extremely Satisfied with the Work
We were getting routine service done, and Steven Pizzola did a great job on our work. He caught a number of problems and did a quick diagnosis of our AC system as well. We were on Vogel's service plan, so there was no charge for this visit. I would just like to say that there was honest, hard work here, and I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Extras included taking off the vent covers of our outdoor unit, which allowed for more extensive cleaning than had been done before. Great work. Very happy.

We called Vogel for a squealing AC. Clay met us at our house that afternoon! He was very personable and professional. He told us we needed a new blower motor. We declined the quote at first; we wanted to look into other pricing. But the more we thought about having to keep paying other companies to come out and diagnose, we didn’t think we’d be saving much money. All in all, it cost us around $1,400. From some Googling, that looks like it’s within the range of a typical replacement. On the high end probably, but really we just wanted the convenience to get it done quickly, and they did just that. We called the next morning to confirm. They ordered the part and got us scheduled for the following morning at 8 a.m. Our AC is working great! Can’t speak to longevity. But everyone working at Vogel was kind, courteous, and professional. They got the job done quickly!
