Vogel is THE choice for all things Carrier/Bryant.
Years ago, I was at the distributor level, and they were one of my favorite clients on the commercial side. When I bought what has been called a “Cadillac” system, I could have chosen anybody to do the residential installation. I chose Vogel over literally every other Carrier dealer in the STL metro.
The system has had a service contract on it since day 1. That went to Vogel too.

Great Experience with Steven Palazzolo
I had a great experience with Steven Palazzolo today. He came out to help relocate our furnace gas line so it wouldn’t interfere with a new basement door we’re installing for access to the utility room. The work was done professionally, cleanly, and with great attention to detail.
He also took the time to troubleshoot and restore the cloud/server connectivity between our thermostat and the Carrier backend services, which was greatly appreciated. Steven was knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with throughout the visit. I was very happy with the quality of his work and his professionalism, and I would gladly recommend him to others.
