Program Details

  • Duration: 10 weeks (June 1 – August 7, 2025)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Location: 1576 Fencorp Dr, Fenton, MO 63026
  • Pay: $21.50/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Shadow top-performing sales reps.
  • Assist in creating proposals and presentations that wow customers.
  • Learn the process and mental outlook required for a successful sales call and ultimately a successful career in sales.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Participate in lead generation activities like community events and follow-up calls.
  • Learn the mindset and skills that make sales professionals successful.
  • Wrap up with a final presentation showcasing your insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Majors in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A passion for sales and customer service.
  • Sales certifications are a plus, but not required.
