How Your Rewards Visits are Structured:

Memberships operate on a 3 Year Cycle

Your first cooling visit is an Enhanced Cooling Visit - A technician will enter your home to perform seasonal maintenance

The next 2 cooling visits are “No Inconvenience” visits and you don't even need to be home because all of your seasonal maintenance is done outside of the home. 

Cooling visits are performed Between January and April 1st when weather permits. 

You receive a heating visit every year for heating seasonal maintenance and a technician will enter your home during these visits.

The following system types require Premium Membership or higher and are not eligible for Classic Membership:

Boiler systems, Geothermal systems, Unico / Space-Pak High Velocity systems, Multi-head ductless systems
